Registering on the Artistas Directo website means you accept our terms and conditions.

Registration
To register as an artist you must be over 18 and a professional in the entertaiment industry.
To register as an employer you must have a genuine requirement for dancers for real positions.

Data Collection
When you register as an artist with Artistas Directo you will be asked to enter your personal details and career information. Your admin panel also has the opportunity for you to add photographs and links to videos of your work, plus your CV.
When you enter this information you are agreeing to advertise your services as a professional artist to potential employers. Registered employers will be able to view the details you enter.
Artistas Directo agrees not to make your details available to any third parties.
Your details will not be featured on the search engines (i.e. if someone types in your name to Google or similar) as members will have to log in to the Artistas Directo site to view your profile.
If an employer contacts you the artist there is no guarantee they will offer you work. This is entirely at their discretion and Artistas Directo has no involvement with employers. We cannot make recommendations or contact employers on your behalf.
If you are offered a position it is your responsibility to check that the employer is bona fida.
Artistas Directo reserves the right to remove any information that is of an explicit or offensive nature.
Anyone registering on our website must not use the information on our site for contacting others for any reason other than potential employment.

Contact
All contact between artists and employers will take place through your own email address. There will be no email contact via the Artistas Directo website.
When you register on our website you will be asked to enter your email address (compulsory) and your telephone number (non-compulsory).
No contact details are available to either artists or employers unless registered with the Artistas Directo website.

Endorsement
Artistas Directo is not responsible for any information added to our website by either artists or employers. This information is your responsibility and is added at your own risk.

Terms and Cancellation

Artists
Your details will remain live on our website for the time period you select, 6 or 12 months. Please see the registration page for details of current charges. Once this time period expires you will be asked to renew your details or cancel. If you wish to cancel at any time prior to this you must contact us and we will remove your details.
If we do not hear from you when your renewal is due you will be deleted from the membership system.

Employers
Employers can register indefinitely with Artistas Directo.
Registration for employers is free of charge.

Advertisers
Advertisers and companies listing their services will be charged a fee to promote their services on the Artistas Directo website.

Cookies
When you visit our website our server will track your location, how long you stayed on the site and which pages you viewed. This information is confidential and only used for statistical analysis for Artistas Directo. This information is used by use purely to help improve our website and offer you a better service. We do not track your personal information.
